Product Description:
Polypropylene (PP) is a semi crystalline thermoplastic polymer that is produced by polymerization reaction of propylene monomer. The chemical formula of PP is (C3H6) ₙ, with a density ranging from 0.89 to 0.92 g/cm³, making it one of the thermoplastic resins with the lowest density.
It has a melting point range of 164 to 176 ℃ and can operate within a temperature range of -30 to 140 ℃. Polypropylene is known for its light weight, excellent wear resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion.

Physical performance:
It is a white waxy solid, non-toxic and odorless, with a transparent appearance and lightweight texture. Excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for applications with repeated bending or twisting, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01% and excellent water stability.
Chemical properties:
Acid, alkali, alcohol and other corrosive substances, but weak tolerance to aromatic solvents (such as benzene), good biocompatibility, in line with medical material safety standards.
Processing performance:
It can be formed through extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and other processes, with a shrinkage rate of 1.8%~2.5% (reduced to 0.7% by adding glass fiber), easy to dye, but attention should be paid to the possible precipitation of small molecule substances at high temperatures.
